Terms of Service

1. Services

Tayeeb Digital (“we”, “us”) provides digital marketing, SEO, web design, AI consulting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or service agreement.

2. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due on completion. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project (website code, copy, brand assets). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Third-party tools, frameworks, and licensed assets used in your project are subject to their own respective licences.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
