What Working Together Looks Like

What does working with you actually look like week to week?

After the initial strategy sprint (usually 1–2 weeks), I work in monthly cycles. Each month: execution against the roadmap, a mid-month check-in, and a detailed end-of-month report. You get a dedicated Slack channel or WhatsApp thread for async updates and quick questions. You're never waiting more than 24 hours for a response during business hours.

Do you work with clients outside Bangalore?

Yes. I work with clients across India and internationally. All discovery calls, check-ins, and reporting are done via video call. Time zone differences within India are a non-issue. For international clients, I typically schedule calls in the early morning (IST) which works well for European afternoons and US mornings.

What's the typical engagement length?

SEO and digital marketing engagements work best over a minimum of 3–6 months — this is how long it takes to see compounding results. Automation and web design projects are typically 4–10 weeks depending on scope. Strategy consulting can be as short as a single session or extended retainer.

How do you measure success?

Before starting, we agree on 3–5 KPIs that matter for your specific business. For SEO: keyword rankings, organic traffic, and organic leads. For paid: ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume. For automation: hours saved, lead response time, and pipeline velocity. For web: conversion rate, bounce rate, and Core Web Vitals. Everything is tracked in a shared dashboard you have access to at all times.

What size businesses do you work with?

Primarily SMBs and funded startups — businesses that are serious about growth but don't have the budget or need for a large agency. The sweet spot is companies with 5–100 employees that need expert-level strategy and execution without the overhead of hiring a full in-house team.
