1. Services

Tayeeb Digital (“we”, “us”) provides digital marketing, SEO, web design, AI consulting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or service agreement.

2. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due on completion. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project (website code, copy, brand assets). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Third-party tools, frameworks, and licensed assets used in your project are subject to their own respective licences.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.

8. Website articles and AI-generated content

Most articles on this website are produced using AI tools for research, drafting and publication. Automated systems may also monitor sources and update content. AI output and third-party sources can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. See our AI & Editorial Policy for details of sources, review, live coverage and corrections.

Website articles are provided for general information and education, not personalised professional advice. Reading or using them does not create a client relationship. Independently verify material facts, including prices, dates, eligibility and instructions, before making decisions or changing accounts, systems or spending.

This provision does not exclude or limit any liability, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud. AI involvement does not excuse unlawful publication or remove our responsibilities as publisher. The service-fee limitation in section 5 concerns paid service engagements.

10. Corrections

If you identify an error or have a concern about published content, contact us with the article URL, the relevant passage and supporting evidence. We will assess the report and correct, clarify or remove content where warranted, as described in our AI & Editorial Policy.
